Job summary

Reflect Health in Mason, Ohio is seeking a Product Owner to manage and enhance our healthcare data integration and reporting capabilities, including EDI workflows and regulatory data handling. You will translate client needs into actionable user stories and work with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include agile leadership, design of workflows, collaboration with engineering and data teams, and ongoing process improvement. Availability 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET will be required.

Qualifications

• Background in Product Owner or similar role focused on technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of EDI transactions (834, 837, 835).
• Experience with data reporting and healthcare data exchange.
• Familiarity with Cigna workflows and healthcare claims/eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Design clear user stories and product requirements aligned with healthcare data standards.
• Engage clients, vendors, and internal teams to capture requirements.
• Manage data exchange processes and monitor EDI workflows.
• Drive improvements to efficiency, reliability, and scalability of reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and operations teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming.
