Ladders is seeking a Product Owner to join our team remotely from California, driving client-management workflows and Salesforce integration priorities. You will partner with Product Management, Sales, and Operations to improve onboarding, align delivery with business value, and communicate progress and risk to stakeholders.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Product Owner (Remote in CA) to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This role will own product backlog priorities and help drive execution for client-facing workflows across the organization. You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and technical teams to improve onboarding, align delivery with business value, and keep stakeholders informed on progress and risk. The position also includes leading Salesforce-related integration priorities and translating business needs into actionable requirements that support continuous improvement.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $112,400 - $149,800 annually
