Job summary

Bridgenext is seeking a Salesforce Product Owner to lead engagements across Salesforce, Agentforce, and related SaaS products from discovery to enablement. You will own the backlog, align with client goals across time zones, and partner with executives to shape a scalable solution.

You'll guide cross-functional teams, translate business needs into epics with clear acceptance criteria, and drive delivery from go-live to ongoing success in a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing complex Salesforce solutions.
• 4+ years in professional services consulting leading strategic engagements as a product owner.
• Experience owning solution definition on complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
• Experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Fluency in Agentforce functionality and guardrails.
• Successfully led collaborative discovery workshops with client stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and working with development teams across multiple time zones.
• Comfortable presenting to the C-suite and leading enterprise engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and maintain an outcome-driven roadmap that sequences initiatives by business impact, delivery risk, effort, and dependencies.
• Translate business needs into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, measurable value, and scope boundaries, agreed with engineering, QA, and UX.
• Keep upcoming work prioritized and refined so the engineering team stays focused on the highest-value outcomes.
• Define the technical critical path and lead teams through execution, adapting the Agile approach to the needs of the engagement.
• Run backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution demonstrations, ensuring decisions and feedback shape upcoming work.
• Coordinate Architects, UX Designers, Developers, QA professionals, and client contributors to resolve issues and deliver a cohesive solution.
• Own delivery outcomes through go-live, holding yourself and the team accountable for timely, high-quality results.
• Keep internal and client stakeholders informed of progress, decisions, concerns, and dependencies.
