Job summary

Qualifications

• Own and maintain the backlog in Azure DevOps (ADO), understanding active work, priorities, dependencies, and upcoming needs.
• Translate stakeholder and organizational needs into actionable work items for the development team, including bugs, PBIs, features, and spikes.
• Communicate the what and why behind work items to support refinement, sizing, prioritization, and discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with TRS stakeholders, the technical BA, developers, and partners to maintain alignment between business and technical teams.
• Help establish Product Owner practices with stakeholders who have varying levels of experience with ownership models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to prioritize and organize the backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical needs.
