Job summary

This role manages backlog health, defines outcomes, and aligns with IT Development, Compliance, UX Research, Launch & Enablement to drive delivery that meets business and regulatory needs.

The position supports a hybrid work model, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work and guide solutions from discovery through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience translating roadmap themes into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Backlog management and agile delivery practices across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess value, impact, dependencies, and tradeoffs with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Break down roadmap initiatives into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Conduct discovery to refine requirements and scope in partnership with product leadership.
• Coordinate with UX, analytics, operations, and compliance to validate requirements and intent.
• Own and maintain the product backlog for the assigned domain, ensuring prioritization and readiness for development.
