Job description

We are looking for a talented Digital Product Owner to join our digital product management team, specializing in delivering incremental value and achieving our Platform Services vision for the client. Leveraging your unique combination of business and technology knowledge and experience, you will lead the implementation and management of the client platform, which manages and provides equipment metadata to other systems used by customers, partners, and internal organizations to reduce unplanned downtime.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for Ecommerce and API features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, engineering, marketing) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own API specifications, versioning, and integration strategy for partners and developers.
• Monitor KPIs for Ecommerce (conversion, engagement) and API performance (uptime, scalability).
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Champion customers and business stakeholders as a leader of Agile teams implementing the Platform Services vision and roadmap.
• Drive development and lifecycle management of platform services capabilities to reduce customer unplanned downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Maintain and ruthlessly prioritize and refine the team backlog with an intense focus on delivering business value.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) preparation and planning, backlog refinement, iteration planning, system demos, and Inspect and Adapt events.
• Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to determine business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with digital product management, engineering, and operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans.

MUST-HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Ecommerce and API-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.
• Certified as a Scaled Agile Product Owner (SAFe® POPM highly preferred).
• Knowledge and practical experience with cloud-based applications, product ownership, or development; telematics-based IoT solutions preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and stakeholders.
