Job summary

UDT is seeking a Product Owner to maximize product value by owning the backlog and translating business needs into actionable requirements. You will bridge business stakeholders and the tech team, drive sprint execution, and ensure outcomes align with KPIs.

Responsibilities include maintaining the product backlog, refining items, and collaborating with Scrum Master and developers to plan sprints and deliver releases. Strong Agile experience and Jira proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Product Owner / Business Analyst role within Agile product development.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Experience with SaaS, ERP, or market-facing COTS products is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira for backlog management and sprint tracking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to align on the product vision and goals.
• Translate objectives into initiatives and maintain a clear product roadmap.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Own and maintain the product backlog and prioritize by business value.
• Refine backlog items for the development team during sprint planning.
• Serve as the primary contact between business and technical teams.
• Plan sprints with the Scrum Master and development team and set clear goals.
• Participate in sprint reviews and retrospectives to improve delivery.
