The role requires 4+ years as a Product Owner, strong Agile experience, UX knowledge, and familiarity with modern UI development. Remote work is available, with coordination across business partners and Product Managers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Must have Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) knowledge and experience.
• Experience testing accessibility of websites.
• User Experience (UX) knowledge.
• Understanding of modern UI development.
• Must have the ability to work with multiple business partners and Product Managers.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification a plus.
• Knowledge of Screen Reader tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an agile team in driving strategic initiatives for client.
• Partner closely with technology and strategy teams to deliver critical initiatives.
• Be a key member of the business who is the conduit to technology through the agile team.
• Write and accept user stories that align to product features and ensure backlog is full and prioritized.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prepare features and user stories for continuous planning cycles.
• Partner with agile teams to deliver customer and business value through product features.
• Develop user stories from prioritized features; lead efforts to attain product vision and objectives; write acceptance criteria and ensure DoR is met.
• Provide status updates to the business and management.
• Collaborate with agile teams to follow through on business priorities and visions.
• Manage and prioritize sprint backlogs.
• Empower decisions regarding functionality and priority in the sprint; approve each user story during the sprint.
