Job summary

CAI is seeking a motivated Product Owner to drive alignment between product vision and development execution, ensuring delivery of user-focused outcomes and business value. This 3 month remote contract is full-time.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to break down features, maintain a healthy backlog, and translate vision into actionable requirements for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in product ownership or related roles.
• 3+ years working with external clients and fostering positive relationships.
• Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to streamlining program priorities while maintaining feature integrity.
• Break down features into user stories with stakeholders and architects.
• Translate vision into requirements focusing on user outcomes.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog for multiple sprints and ensure readiness.
• Collaborate to create and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Write and refine user stories; ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Review test scripts to ensure coverage of user stories.
