CAI is seeking a Product Owner to drive alignment between product vision and development execution, ensuring delivery of user-focused outcomes and business value. This is a full-time, remote position on a 3-month contract.

The role involves collaborating with architects, product managers, and teams to break down features into user stories, maintain a prioritized backlog, and ensure acceptance criteria are met across multiple sprints. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, Design Thinking, Product Development & Management, or Project/Program Management.
• 3+ years of experience working with external clients and fostering positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment between product vision and development execution to deliver user-focused outcomes and business value.
• Rewrite and break down features into clear user stories with collaboration across architects, product managers, and teams.
• Maintain a well-groomed backlog, prioritize work for multiple sprints, and ensure readiness and completion criteria are met.
• Act as a bridge between product and development teams by translating product manager vision into business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap and represent the product in governance meetings.
• Write user stories for new features, issues, and enhancements and help implement improvements to raise program quality.
• Review and sign off test scripts to ensure coverage of user stories.
