Job summary

Smartsheet is seeking a Product Readiness Manager to empower GTM teams as a product subject matter expert as new features launch to market. You will help internal and external customers maximize value from the Smartsheet product suite and collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM.

Based remotely from Bulgaria, you will lead launch workstreams, develop readiness strategies, create training materials, and drive adoption and long-term growth while reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing or running a program.
• Experience enabling product launches and cross-functional readiness.
• Ability to develop training materials and internal docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead product launch workstreams with cross-functional teams.
• Develop readiness strategies and enablement materials for GTM teams.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful launches.
• Identify readiness gaps and improve SOPs and tooling.
