Stripe is seeking a senior product strategist-operator to join the Strategic Business Performance team. You will own the metrics that matter for in-year performance, crafting a high-signal overview that drives action across data, financials, product, and business strategy.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, bridge strategic theses into operational plans, and prepare leadership-ready materials to influence executives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product/data analytics within product organizations or strategic business performance teams at high-growth tech companies.
• Experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, or GM-style roles where you owned a P&L or a specific business outcome.
• Deeply curious about business models and data, probing.

Responsibilities

• Own the 'Signal': define and maintain the metrics that matter for in-year performance and create a high-signal morning read for action.
• Lead 'surge' projects to diagnose and unblock critical goals at risk, staying in the arena until the trajectory improves.
• Bridge Product & Strategy: translate long-horizon theses into in-year operational reality and decompose opportunities across product, risk, and marketing.
• Synthesize for Leadership: prepare CEO/COO-level materials translating signals into actionable diagnoses.
• Pressure-test assumptions: identify gaps between market forces and internal execution with Strategy and Product teams.
