Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Product Operations professional to enable efficient, user-centered product development at scale. You will lead end-to-end readiness for priority launches, partnering with Product teams to drive operational scale and define launch plans.

You will build scalable processes, automate tasks, and communicate key metrics to leaders and stakeholders across Go-to-Market and product organizations. A strong background in AI, workflow tools, and cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, project management, product ownership, or related discipline.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and technical teams.
• Proficiency with Google suite, especially Sheets and Slides.
• Experience with AI, automation, or workflow tools to drive operational efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving in GTM or sales-oriented environments.
• Track record delivering complex initiatives end-to-end with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational readiness and execution for priority product launches.
• Continuously improve operational models and processes through automation and repeatable methodologies.
• Scale processes for internal and external stakeholders.
