Job summary

Moody’s Assistant Director - Product Management is a remote, United States role focusing on onboarding and enabling clients to realize the full value of Moody’s products. You will partner with product teams to deliver risk insights for the Insurance sector and coordinate communications, training, and entitlements across stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Client Success and Sales, development of scalable processes, and a data-driven approach to product adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS-based technologies and AI-powered workflows.
• Proficient with HTML, JSON, T-SQL, Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on AI experience with tools to streamline operations and manage AI risk.
• BS or MS in CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable clients to leverage the full value of Moody's products throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver products providing risk insights to Insurance users.
• Coordinate release communications, documentation, training content and entitlements.
• Work with Client Success and Sales to ensure strong onboarding experiences.
• Develop processes, dashboards, and knowledge repositories to improve efficiency.
• Collect client usage data and help strategize feature delivery to meet objectives.
• Advocate Moody's Insurance product usage and roadmap across teams.
• Identify KPI metrics and drive improvements across product and operations.
• Create templates and automations to streamline product team workflows.
