Job summary

Moody's is seeking a Product Manager for Product Onboarding and Enablement to partner across the organization, onboarding and enabling clients to leverage the full value of Moody's products and driving adoption through every stage of the product lifecycle.

You will work with Product Managers to deliver risk insights to the Insurance sector, gather user feedback, and produce release communications, documentation, and training content.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with SaaS technologies and AI concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable clients to maximize product value across the lifecycle.
• Gather feedback and usage telemetry to improve product offerings for Insurance risk insights.
• Deliver release communications, training content and entitlement with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Sales to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Develop processes, dashboards and templates to improve efficiency.
• Act as evangelist for product usage and roadmap across teams.
