Job summary

You will work with Product Managers, Client Success, and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding journey, deliver release communications, and create training content and templates to boost efficiency. This role focuses on Moody's Insurance products and strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
• Onboard and enable clients to leverage products to drive adoption across the product lifecycle.
• Experience delivering risk insights through software products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable clients to leverage the full value of Moody's products.
• Gather user feedback and usage telemetry to improve offerings.
• Deliver release communications, documentation, and training content with internal teams.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Sales to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
• Develop processes, tools, dashboards, and templates to improve operational efficiency.
• Track data on product usage and align features with client objectives.
• Be the evangelist for Moody's Insurance product usage and roadmap.
• Identify KPI metrics to drive product and operations improvements.
• Create templates and automations to streamline product team workflows.
