Responsibilities

• Onboard and enable clients to leverage the full value of Moody's products across the lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product Managers to deliver features for risk insights
• Coordinate release communications, documentation, training content and entitlement
• Work with Client Success and Sales to ensure a positive onboarding experience
• Develop and maintain processes, self-service tools, dashboards and templates to improve efficiency
• Collect data on product usage and guide feature roadmap with product managers
• Advocate Moody's Insurance product usage and roadmap for cross-functional teams
• Identify and track KPI metrics to drive improvements across product and operations
• Create templates and automations to streamline product team workstreams
