Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation teams in B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop market definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks using the Pragmatic Marketing approach.
• Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to support positioning and GTM efforts.
• Support product launches in collaboration with Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement teams.
• Contribute to creation of sales tools, messaging guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with Demand Generation and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership tied to product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective product narratives.
• Assist with analysis of funnel performance, win/loss insights, and competitive trends.
