WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to own go-to-market execution through messaging, launch coordination, and sales enablement collaboration.

You will work with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation to ensure priority solutions are clearly represented in campaigns and thought leadership. The role emphasizes execution excellence and strong product marketing fundamentals, with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field required.
• 4–7 years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Go-to-Market, Sales Enablement, and Demand Generation teams in B2B.
• Background in healthcare technology or life sciences is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development of market definitions, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks using the Pragmatic Marketing approach.
• Gather customer, market, and competitive insights to support positioning and GTM efforts.
• Support product launches in collaboration with Go-to-Market and Sales Enablement teams.
• Contribute to creation of sales tools, messaging guides, and training materials.
• Coordinate with Demand Generation and Content teams to support campaigns and thought leadership tied to product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and effective product narratives.
• Assist with analysis of funnel performance, win/loss insights, and competitive trends.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
