Job summary

Percona is seeking a Product Marketing Manager / GTM Owner for its Cloud Native product line (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB Kubernetes Operators). This individual contributor role leads positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement across engineering, partnerships, and revenue operations.

You will own GTM strategy, create assets, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive market adoption and customer value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or solution-focused roles.
• Certification in PMM is a plus.
• Strong understanding of customer buying journeys and decision-making processes.
• Data analysis skills to support segmentation and performance tracking.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging for Percona’s Cloud Native Kubernetes products.
• Own GTM strategy and launch execution for new releases and services.
• Create and maintain GTM assets (web pages, datasheets, case studies, white papers, sales enablement).
• Engage with open-source community, partners, and customers to strengthen market presence and drive service adoption.
• Build customer evidence through interviews, case studies, testimonials, and Jobs-to-be-Done research.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap with market insights and competitive analysis.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness across channels.
