RethinkFirst is seeking a strategic, hands-on Manager, Product Marketing to lead and develop a team while owning product marketing for key lines of business. You will translate customer and market insights into clear positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in close partnership with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Marketing.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of product marketers, setting priorities and standards for high‑quality work.

Competenze

8+ years in product marketing, GTM strategy, or related experience in B2B SaaS or complex solutions.
3+ years in people management with coaching and team development.
Own product marketing strategy from market assessment through launch, adoption, and growth.
Define segmentation, ICPs, competitive intel, and TAM/SAM/SOM to guide investment.

Mansioni

Directly own product marketing strategy and execution for designated lines of business.
Define Market and Commercial Strategy and translate insights into actions.
Develop customer, competitor, and market insights via research and field feedback.
Own pricing and packaging in collaboration with Product, Finance, and Sales.
Equip Sales and Customer Success with narratives, tools, and training.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales on testimonials and case studies.
Track adoption, pipeline influence, conversion, and price realization; adjust as needed.
Communicate priorities and risks clearly to executives and partners.
