Vetcove is hiring a Veterinary Project Manager to bridge our Product team with veterinary customers. You’ll apply real-world hospital operations experience to ensure products solve clinic challenges and deliver meaningful value.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and external partners to manage workflows, coordinate launches, and drive strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes collaboration and customer-centric product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing operations at a veterinary hospital or clinic.
• Experience working at a software or technology company strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of veterinary clinic operations, workflows, and practice management systems.
• Experience leading projects or coordinating cross functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Strong relationship building skills with experience collaborating across technical and non technical teams.
• Ability to work independently while driving alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Veterinary Workflows: provide expertise on clinic operations and workflows to validate product decisions.
• Lead Cross Functional Projects: coordinate strategic projects across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Operations.
• Manage External Partnerships: act as primary product contact for corporate veterinary groups and partners.
• Support Product Launches: coordinate GTM activities, communications, and launch readiness.
• Bridge Business & Product Teams: align priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate Product Operations: track timelines, dependencies, risks; keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain Product Documentation: create plans, docs, notes, and resources for cross functional teams.
• Champion the Customer Perspective: leverage veterinary experience to ensure value.
