Job summary

Vetcove is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own strategy and roadmaps for veterinary platform initiatives supporting clinics and pet parents.

You will lead cross-functional teams with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support to deliver high-quality product experiences at scale.

The typical base pay range across the USA is $120,000/year - $210,000/year plus bonus and benefits. This role offers robust equity and a comprehensive benefits package. Remote within the USA is supported.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 5+ years of progressive product management experience in SaaS or tech.
• Ability to define and execute multi-quarter roadmaps and lead discovery efforts.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, data, onboarding and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for key platform areas and translate goals into a prioritized roadmap.
• Lead large cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Turn qualitative feedback and data into actionable product decisions and improvements.
• Establish KPIs, monitor trends, and drive adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and technical specs to enable execution.
• Mentor junior PMs and influence stakeholders across departments.
