Job summary

Verra Mobility seeks a Product Manager for Commercial Services, focusing on Title & Registration. You’ll own discovery, validate problems with customers, and drive a roadmap that delivers measurable outcomes across fleets, rental companies, and jurisdictions.

You’ll partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations, work closely with engineering and design, and leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows while shaping a modern Product Operating Model.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of product management experience in B2B or B2B2C environments.
• Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions.
• Ability to operate in a cross-functional squad with engineering and design peers.
• Experience in regulated or complex-domain industries with a track record of learning new domains.
• Comfort contributing to evolving product operating models.
• Active use of AI tools to enhance discovery, documentation, and delivery workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tell a coherent product story.

Responsibilities

• Own continuous customer discovery through interviews, ride-alongs, and data analysis to validate problems.
• Frame problems with clarity and evidence to focus the team on meaningful work.
• Define and maintain a prioritized, outcomes‑driven roadmap.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Partner early with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to shape viable solutions.
• Own the problem end‑to‑end and document reasoning and outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure technically sound and user‑centered outcomes.
• Write crisp briefs and acceptance criteria focused on why and what success looks like.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation, and delivery workflows.
• Share discovery and product thinking with peers to grow the practice.
• Develop understanding of how T&R products drive revenue, retention, and efficiency.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market insights on pricing, positioning, and launch readiness.
