Qualifications

3+ years in product management or related healthcare tech role.
3+ years in the surgical industry or clinical environments supporting surgical care.
Experience gathering requirements and translating into user stories.
Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the surgical solutions portfolio.
Gather and prioritize business requirements and user stories across stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and implementation teams through the product lifecycle.
Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
Engage customers, surgeons, clinical staff to understand workflow challenges.
Partner with commercial, customer success, marketing to drive launches and adoption.
Monitor KPIs and oversee lifecycle of products in the portfolio.
