Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare product management or related field.
• Experience with Epic or other enterprise healthcare platforms.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS, SNOMED CT, LOINC.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and outcomes-based roadmaps for perioperative content.
• Partner with surgical services and clinical leaders to understand workflows.
• Develop expertise across the product stack from terminology to UX.
• Collaborate with EHR vendors to improve integration within workflows.
• Articulate business cases and drive cross-functional product lifecycle.
