Job summary

Profitroom is seeking a Product Manager to own Suite, the core platform layer used by hoteliers and product teams. You will design a faster, self-service onboarding and a scalable model for multi-property portfolios, while collaborating with onboarding, support, and training teams across 55 countries.

You will guide product architecture, ensure secure multi-tenant access, and drive data-informed decisions to improve the end-user experience for hotel clients in a fully remote, Poland-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management or related role with discovery ownership.
• Experience in hospitality or SaaS onboarding and admin areas.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms and data handling.
• Ability to work with external clients and internal teams to drive decisions.
• Practical use of AI tools for research and rapid prototyping.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data-backed recommendations.
• Polish language required (C1) and English proficiency for international teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile product development in practice.
• Passion for creating and improving products and services.

Responsibilities

• Own the Suite roadmap and translate business goals into a pragmatic plan.
• Own the shared platform layer and standardize components used by all teams.
• Redesign onboarding to shorten time-to-live and enable self-service onboarding.
• Build multi-property capabilities for single hotels and portfolios.
• Improve Admin experience including invoicing, terms, and permissions.
• Own authentication, login, SSO, and multi-tenant security and compliance.
• Develop the Support & Knowledge layer with in-platform help and chatbot.
• Run continuous discovery with hoteliers and internal teams to guide fixes.
• Use data and AI to identify friction and measure release impact.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Support, Sales, Customer Success and Training teams.
