We seek a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery across multi-million dollar lines. You will gather customer feedback, align with sales, support, and engineering, and prioritize features that maximize impact while balancing cost.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, real estate or hospitality software.
• Exceptional written communication and ability to articulate customer concerns clearly.
• High degree of empathy toward customers and teammates.
• Track record of owning end-to-end product and feature development.
• Ability to ship features with trade-off decisions balancing impact and cost.

Responsibilities

• Drive outcomes and own results on multi-million dollar business lines.
• Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap into shippable projects.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Collaborate with sales, support, and engineering to ship features addressing real problems.
• Ensure new features launch smoothly and on schedule.
• Prioritize work and balance engineering cost with business impact.
• Suggest ways to track product use and impact.
• Expand product base and vision through creative recommendations.
