Evolve is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the Pro roadmap for vacation rental operators and HOAs. You will define strategy, own the vision, and partner with Commercial, Design, and Engineering to deliver scalable, configurable product capabilities across the portfolio.

You’ll translate complex customer needs into iterative product solutions, balance tradeoffs, and drive measurable outcomes through discovery, delivery, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including strategic ownership of complex product areas.
• Strong business mindset with ability to link product capabilities to commercial growth.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the Pro product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Understand portfolio operators and HOAs to inform platform design and onboarding.
• Improve end-to-end experience from evaluation to renewal or expansion.
• Shape modular, configurable capabilities to avoid one-off builds.
• Lead cross-functional discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration.
