Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client requirements into Sage Intacct-based software solutions. You will work with developers, project managers and customers to deliver high-value functionality and successful adoption.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training end-users, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS, or CS.
• 5+ years' experience with Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers/end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics to solve complex problems.
• Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) for data mapping and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, design solutions, coordinate with development, test integrations, and support deployment.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and features; implement customer-specific processes.
• Develop project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; train end-users.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success for project execution.
• Escalate project issues and contribute to deployment best practices.
