Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work directly with developers, project managers and customers to translate functional business requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction and adoption.

Location: Remote in the United States. You will gather requirements, design solutions, train end users and lead deployments while collaborating with Sales, Support and Customer Success, and staying current with Sage Intacct modules.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct or other ERP/financial software.
Experience as a business analyst communicating with customers and technical staff on system issues and deployments.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, and coordinate with development teams.
Translate requirements into software specifications and support transitions to professional services.
Deliver training for customer end-users and ensure adoption of solutions.
Manage multiple customers to ensure on-time delivery and successful deployments.
