Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions. The role emphasizes delivering high customer satisfaction and adoption while staying current with the Sage Intacct ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success teams to ensure successful project execution. This is a remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, time management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into deliverables.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct core modules and new features.
• Define and support roll-out of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct.
• Develop and communicate project plans for on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct training for customer end-users across the organization.
