Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager focused on Sage Intacct and ERP/finance solutions. You will translate customer requirements, coordinate with developers and client stakeholders, and guide successful software deployments.

The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, analytics, and strong communication to ensure customer adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Consulting or business analyst experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues, modifications, and new software deployment.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel for data mapping, integration, and migration of customer data.
• Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal relations, collaboration and problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Managing multiple customers to design and support software solutions achieving high customer adoption.
• Gathering requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, coordinate with development, test, train and transition to services.
• Maintain knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and stay current with product features and updates.
• Define and support rollout of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and industry best practices.
• Develop and communicate project plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and business processes per BT practices.
• Respond to customer technical support issues during system implementations.
• Collaborate across Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success for project execution.
