Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to partner with developers, project managers and customers to translate business requirements into software solutions with high customer adoption.

Location: Remote in the United States. You will guide requirements, manage projects, and stay current with Sage Intacct features, while delivering solutions that align with client processes and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science is required.
• 5+ years of experience consulting/implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or similar SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers, end users and technical staff on system issues.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer satisfaction.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, coordinate with the development team, test, and support transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct modules and stay current with product features.
• Define and support rollouts of solutions that integrate with Sage Intacct based on business processes.
• Develop project plans and aid on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
