Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to work remotely with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into Sage Intacct software solutions. The role emphasizes functional analysis, solution design, and customer adoption across finance software modules.

You will gather requirements, design solutions, train users, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications, or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical development staff on system issues, modifications and new software deployment.
• Ability to deploy advanced business analytics skills solving complex problems and interpreting customer requirements into deliverable solutions.
• Programming/coding experience is a plus for translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) is a plus for data mapping and migration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, project managers and customers to define requirements and translate into software solutions.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders, define requirements, design solutions, communicate with development team, test, train, and transition to services.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and its modules and stay current with new features.
• Define and support rollout of solutions integrating with Sage Intacct based on customer processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and support on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business requirements.
• Document customer requirements into software solutions and best practices.
• Respond to customer technical issues related to system implementation.
• Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing and Customer Success.
