Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial apps, or SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and new deployments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions using analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customers to design and support software solutions with high customer adoption.
• Gather requirements with client stakeholders and translate into design and test plans.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Sage Intacct and stay current with features and enhancements.
• Define rollout plans for integrated solutions aligned with customer processes and best practices.
• Develop project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Train customer end-users and relate system functionality to business needs.
