Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP seeks a Technical Business Analyst / Product Manager to translate client requirements into software solutions with high customer satisfaction. • Bachelor's degree in accounting, MIS or computer science preferred.
• 5+ years' experience consulting and implementing Sage Intacct, ERP/financial applications or other SaaS solutions.
• Experience communicating with customers or end users and technical staff on system issues and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the engagement team and responsible for designing and supporting software solutions.
• Gather requirements from client stakeholders and define and communicate solutions to the development team.
• Develop and communicate project plans and ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Conduct training for customer end-users and support transition to services team.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support and Customer Success to coordinate execution.
