The PM will guide market research, set branding and pricing directions, and drive lifecycle activities while ensuring product-market fit and profitability. This remote role supports national scope with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration or related field.
• Certified product management professionals preferred (e.g., CPM, PMP).
• 5–7 years of product management experience in related categories.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on product roadmap and development strategies.
• Collaborate with departments to align product plans with business goals.
• Define terms for new initiatives and manage project scope and timelines.
• Oversee full product lifecycle from concept to launch and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, margin, inventory, and forecast risks.
• Lead capacity planning and demand forecasting with Operations.
• Mentor and develop the product management team.
