We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver complex electrical projects while coordinating a cross-functional team and ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role involves remote work with 50%+ travel to Starkville, MS, overseeing budgets, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years of experience in project management.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Direct reports: 2-5; strong leadership and mentorship expected.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on project performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional project team and ensure objectives and timelines.
• Define goals/deliverables aligned with client specs and standards.
• Coordinate resources and ensure efficient execution of project phases.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and quality compliance throughout projects.
• Establish best practices and continuously improve project processes.
• Assess team performance and provide feedback for development.
• Educate and mentor team members for technical growth and success.
• Implement training programs for staff development and safety.
