Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of product management, product development, or related experience required.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Participate in and support the company’s compliance program objectives.
• Ability to work cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages: strategy, development, launch, optimization, retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategy and positioning.
• Create presentations and messaging to clients and prospects showcasing value and positioning.
• Build deep knowledge of Navitus products and market dynamics.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define requirements and ensure quality.
• Support client implementations and provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, training materials, reports, and collateral.
• Manage vendor relationships and uphold quality standards.
