Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned products. This role aligns business goals, customer requirements, and cross-functional teams to deliver value across the product lifecycle.

The Product Manager collaborates with IT, clinical, and business teams, manages roadmaps and metrics, conducts market research, and ensures compliance with CMS, HIPAA, NCQA, and other standards while supporting client implementations.

Qualifikationen

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and lifecycle.
• Collaborate across IT, clinical, and business teams.
• Develop roadmaps and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Support client implementations and act as SME to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, NCQA and related standards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance.

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives and policies, tracking performance and productivity.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages: strategy, development, launch, optimization and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines and metrics.
• Communicate value and positioning to clients and prospects.
• Expand Navitus offerings by deep market and product knowledge.
• Collaborate on improvements to UX and client satisfaction with cross-functional teams.
• Define product requirements with IT, clinical and business stakeholders.
• Support client implementations and provide SME input as needed.
• Document training materials, reports and marketing collateral.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal quality benchmarks.
