Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to define and drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned products. You will align business goals, customer requirements, and cross-functional teams to deliver value from conception through launch and beyond.

You will develop product roadmaps, perform market research, and communicate strategic messaging to clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies.
• Manage products through all stages of the product lifecycle (strategy, development, launch, optimization, retirement).
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and messaging to clients and prospects to convey value and positioning.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define product requirements and ensure quality and stability.
• Support client implementations and provide SME to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation including training materials and collateral.
