• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2+ years of product management, development, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages from strategy to retirement.
• Develop roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
• Craft messaging to clients and prospective clients to communicate value.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define requirements.
• Support client implementations and provide SME to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation and training materials.
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
