Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned products. You will align business goals, customer requirements, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, delivery, and continuous improvement of products.

The role emphasizes market trends, voice of the customer, and data-driven decisions to prioritize enhancements that deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Participation in and support of compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies while monitoring performance standards and productivity targets.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages: strategy, development, launch, optimization, retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver messaging to clients and prospective clients, communicating value and positioning.
