Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and lifecycle of assigned healthcare products. You will collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define requirements, monitor performance, and guide products from concept through launch and optimization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in product management with healthcare experience, and will communicate priorities to internal and external stakeholders while delivering value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, product development, project management, or related experience.
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industries preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies to optimize outcomes.
• Manage products through all lifecycle stages including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, UX, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define requirements and ensure quality and stability.
