Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Product Manager to join our team in Utah. This strategic role defines the vision, strategy, and lifecycle for assigned products, aligning business goals, customer needs, and cross-functional teams to deliver value from conception to ongoing optimization.

You will collaborate with IT, clinical and business teams, develop roadmaps, conduct market research, and craft messaging for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in product management or related field.
• Healthcare, PBM, biomedical, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• Commitment to compliance program objectives.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine product strategies, objectives, and policies, while establishing and monitoring performance standards and productivity targets to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Manage assigned products through all stages of the product lifecycle, including strategy, development, launch, optimization, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and positioning.
• Craft and deliver presentations and key messaging to clients and prospective clients, communicating value and strategic positioning.
• Develop deep knowledge of Navitus products and market dynamics to collaborate on expanding offerings and refining positioning.
• Lead or support cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance, user experience, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and business teams to define product requirements, oversee system enhancements, and ensure quality and stability.
• Support client implementations and provide subject matter expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including training materials, reports, and marketing collateral.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure continuous improvement, per regulatory standards.
