Fuze Health in the United States seeks a Product Manager for the FuzeRx product area to own the roadmap and drive end-to-end delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data, and Business stakeholders. You will translate needs into clear specs and lead discovery, prioritization, and execution aligned with our mission.

You will work with senior product leaders on strategy, measure outcomes, and influence roadmaps while balancing regulatory and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in Product Management or a product-adjacent role.
• Experience shipping features with Engineering in agile environments.
• Strong analytics using KPIs to inform decisions.
• Clear, concise specs and cross-functional communication.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Productboard.

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of product features end-to-end within a defined strategy.
• Translate clinical, operational needs into clear product specs with teams.
• Lead feature discussions with engineers and cross-functional partners.
• Support product discovery via customer research, data analysis and validation.
• Monitor KPIs and adoption, iterate based on insights; own OKR/QBR reporting.
• Triaging features, bugs, and requests; connect engineering work to users.
• Understand healthcare and pharmacy tech constraints; raise compliance concerns.
