Job summary

NovaTech Automation is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of networking and software products in the power utility space. You will gather and translate customer input from utility sites and advisory boards into concrete requirements, while coordinating with sales, engineering, and manufacturing to align on objectives.

You will shape pricing, budgets, profitability, and KPIs to measure product success and drive go-to-market initiatives in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years product management for technical B2B products in power/industrial sectors.
• Proven track record launching products from concept to market.
• Hands-on experience with networking devices or substation automation.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of networking and software products—from strategy, roadmaps, launches to retirement.
• Capture customer needs at utility sites and advisory boards to translate into requirements.
• Coordinate across sales, engineering, and manufacturing to align on objectives.
• Own pricing, budgets, profitability, and KPIs that indicate product success.
• Lead go-to-market plans and launches for the power-utility market.
