Job summary

Acxiom seeks a Product Manager to lead data and identity product strategy for global markets. You will collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to shape commercial offerings, align with our data culture, and guide product lifecycles from conception to retirement.

The role directs roadmaps, prioritizes requirements from global stakeholders, and works with engineering to ensure performance targets are met. Remote/homebased with global scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments
• Practical knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices
• Domain familiarity in marketing data, data products, or other information-intensive product environments
• Proven and Demonstratable knowledge of major cloud platforms like Snowflake, DataBricks or similar
• The position is not eligible for any sort of sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Fully functional and self-directed within defined product scope
• Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for a product, sub-product, or defined capability
• Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader strategy
• Builds and maintains product business plans to support revenue and adoption goals
• Owns and manages product backlog, including user stories and prioritization
• Establishes and manages quarterly OKRs and product KPIs
• Executes product development plans with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders for launches and adoption
• Monitors product performance and drives improvements
