Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Product Manager to lead data and identity products for global customers. You will partner with data engineering, analytics, and data science teams to translate market needs into commercial offerings, guiding the product lifecycle from concept to sunset and shaping our data culture.

In this remote, full-time role, you own the product backlog, define requirements from global stakeholders, and drive roadmaps, OKRs, and KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of product management or related experience.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Background in product development, data products, or related technical environments.
Familiarity with product mgmt methodologies and best practices.
Experience in marketing data or data-intensive product environments.
Knowledge of Snowflake, DataBricks or similar cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Owns product backlog, including user stories, requirements, and prioritization.
Defines and executes product roadmap aligned to broader strategy.
Builds and maintains product business plans to support revenue, adoption, and cost efficiency goals.
Collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams to execute development plans.
Partners with Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support launches and adoption.
Monitors product performance and drives improvements based on metrics.
